I am looking forward to the defensive match here, so such a handicap seems a bit too high. The Valkyries have been completely stifling their opponents' defense lately, but Connecticut's team naturally plays a similar style of basketball because they do not have many offensive options. There is some risk that the Valkyries will suffocate them with their strong defense, but even the Valkyries themselves do not have a high offensive rating. Away, GSV does not play as well as at home.
