"As of now, those so-called "favorites" do not show much of their status, even if they win, they cannot do it without the contribution of their opponents. I think this should also extend to these competitions. Argentina, as usual, has a strong offense with Messi, Martinez, Alvarez, etc., but I see weaknesses in their defense, their defenders not being at the usual elite level. Speaking of Algeria, they are a very likeable team, even though they are not at the level of Argentina and would probably lose 9 out of 10 times if they played each other consecutively. However, they can score goals and not bring shame upon themselves. Looking at the start of the tournament, we can expect goals from both teams, but regardless, Argentina should still come out on top against Peru. My prediction is 3-1 or 3-2.
