At night, the NHL finals will begin and once again for the second year in a row, the final series will be between the Panthers and the Oilers. Last season, it took a Game 7 for the Panthers to win the title at home and this time, the Oilers are going into the finals with a home handicap. These two teams have powerful offenses, with Florida able to turn on their defense when needed, but their wins are mostly based on their offense, while the Oilers have a weak defense but have made it to the finals thanks to their strong offense. In the first series, the first period and overall game will most likely have a high score as the Oilers will start the game with high emotions and will use that motivation to score as quickly as possible. Florida, being a more experienced team, should settle into the game and contribute to the scoring as time goes on.
