The 2nd coefficient for Partizan, despite the displayed game by Paris, still looks much better, a solid team, and most importantly – they also have a solid coach. Partizan has an over option in offense, unlike the Basques themselves, who struggle with three-pointers and don't have much to offer. In my opinion, Paris is over-performing, I don't believe that the team is capable of shooting 3PTs at such high rates. Without 3PT, it's very difficult to determine an advantage for these teams.
