For me interesting to follow the Marc Gasol especially when Raptors traded some key players to aquire him. And his stats at the moment are not looking that good. Although I can't say anything about his effort on the court because I don't watch NBA recent.

embeded-image

I know that it's hard to compare players on the different teams (one contender another just playing for fun) but still Jonas Valanciunas plays really good.

After trade happened I was not that guy who immediately started to think that Raptors lost of this trade but just because of Valanciunas injury and how he will be able to comeback. But now I thinking that Raptors made one of the worst decision. Gasol is already 34 years old so basically it means that Raptors have 2 seasons including this to win NBA championship to show this this trade was worth doing otherwise I don't see the point for this trade because they already was decent team with JV. Probably Sergio Scariolo made a big impact regarding this trade...

For Toronto it's really this season or bust since Kawhi will likely leave which is why they made this move but in the end Grizzlies will win the trade if the Raps dont win the title which I doubt they will. Grizzlies managed to get a young big in JV and a young point guard in Delon Wright in that trade and I believe a pick too which was really good considering they traded a 34 y/o Big

Rockets are playing really amazing basketball rn, wins in GS, Boston and Toronto now during this 6 game win streak, they're healthy and rolling. They are the biggest threat to the Warriors and it's not even close, we all saw what healthy Houston were doing before CP3 went out last year and look at them healthy now. Scary scary team!

Warriors are so weird this year, but I reckon they're just going through the motion and are just looking forward for the Playoffs thus lacking motivation in some of these Reg SZN games. I think they'll be fine but it's interesting to see how bad they've been beaten at home a multiple times now

NBA 2018-19 – Los Angeles Lakers vs Boston Celtics Betting Preview

embeded-image

Two NBA’s biggest ever rivals face off in Los Angeles as the reeling Lakers host the resurgent Boston Celtics at Staples Center!

Los Angeles Lakers

The season at this point is pretty much over for the Lakers at 30-35 and now being a lot of games behind both the Clippers and the Spurs who by the way are rolling which has essentially put the Lakers playoff hopes to bed. Lakers are absolutely reeling right now, injuries have destroyed them as they’ve literally now been missing Ingram, Kuzma, Lonzo, Stephenson due to those injuries. In their last game against Denver, the Lakers G-League players showed some positivity as likes of Caruso, Jonathan Williams gave them energy and helped them make a run before essentially running out of gas and losing so we may see more of G-League guys get play time for the rest of the season including tonight. LeBron James has also been put on 28-32 minutes restriction and may miss some back to backs for the reason of the season which is pretty much indicating that the Lakers have given up Playoff hope after this current 4 game losing streak. Health wise, Kuzma and Lance are questionable so it’s best to wait until an official announcement before making any bets on this game. Brandon Ingram is officially OUT however and could miss the rest of the season. But as mentioned expect G-League guys to get more playing time and LeBron to be limited so a win is quite an unlikely scenario for the Lakers although in the previous meeting they surprised the Celtics when they beat them in Boston thanks to a Rondo game winner. Maybe playing their rivals will amp up the Lakers effort, but even then it’s hard to see them winning given their recent play and lack of talent unless Ingram and Kuzma can go.

3 months ago, Houston was 11-14 and was sitting in last place in their division and 14th place in the conference.

Today, Houston is 39-25, first place in division and 4th in conf.

Over those 3 months, James Harden averaged
40.8 points,
7.2 rebs,
7.1 assists,
2.2 steals per game

WOW!

I'm not even sure, it feels like they might link back up because they keep talking so highly about each other right now seems to me like they're dropping hints about reuniting and if they do that'd be awesome seeing them two back together because they could win a championship as long as the rest of the supporting cast is suitable unlike this season

NBA 2018-19 – San Antonio Spurs vs Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview

embeded-image

The San Antonio Spurs look to continue their playoff push as they host the 1st seeded team in the East, the team with the best record in the NBA, the Milwaukee Bucks!

San Antonio Spurs

After their pathetic rodeo road trip where they went 1-7, the Spurs have righted the ship again with their recent play as they’ve won 4 in a row to gain 3.5 game advantage over the 9th seeded Kings. Spurs are currently 8th seeded with a 37-29 record and look in good shape when it comes to making the Playoff push in this final stage of the season. During their 4 game win streak the Spurs knocked off a few good teams they beat the Pistons, Thunder, Nuggets and picked up a rare road win at Atlanta. Spurs biggest problem has been their road play where they’re 12-22, however what’s kept them afloat is their home record which is in fact the 2nd best in the West at 25-7 and despite their road struggles, Spurs have been the ultimate home team this season where they’ve been near unbeatable yet again this season. Spurs have always been a great team under Pop so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that they’re this good there. Spurs have knocked off quite a few good teams at home like Boston, Philadelphia, Golden State, Houston, OKC, Toronto so there’s no doubt that having the home court for this game is a HUGE advantage for the Spurs. Key for Spurs here to win will be defense, given that the Bucks are a very explosive squad, the Spurs will need to amp it up defensively which they have done in their current 4 game win streak. Health wise, Spurs are pretty much at full strength although Rudy Gay is questionable and he could be a big loss if he can’t go considering the scoring he provides.
