I think it's possible to take a risk here. Zverev has never had a chance against Sinner on hard courts in his entire career, but they faced each other twice on clay courts and the score was 1-1. Zverev was the one who won at Monte Carlo. Zverev is currently playing great tennis and he could put up a good fight today and make it to the finals. Sinner, on the other hand, has only played in Miami after the tournament in Peru, and while he is a clear-cut player, he sometimes struggles while playing so much.
