Efes is not a defensive team. I think they will have a very tough time in this game. The team lacks height, although Osmani is a fast player and a threat on offense. All of Milan's injured players have returned except for Lorenzo, but the most important thing is that they are strong under the basket. Leday, Nebo, and Booker will easily break through Efes' weak defense and chances for defending will be slim. It will be difficult for Efes to grab rebounds, and Milan will probably have more second-chance opportunities. Currently, Cordinier and Loyd are Game Time Decisions, and without them, Efes will have a tough time. Milan has a team full of offensive talent this year and can confidently play an offensive game. Messina promotes a slow style of play, but against a 0 defense, I believe they will also score points with a good shooting percentage and second-chance opportunities.
