Last week, Ruzic suffered a leg injury and had to withdraw, but it looks like she has recovered well and it wasn't a serious injury. The young Croat has a Peruvian tennis player who has been playing on hard courts lately and was waiting for the US Open qualifiers. Ruse's career has been declining, even though a year ago it seemed like she could do well, but she didn't achieve anything and now she is playing challenger tournaments. She hasn't played on hard courts for half a year and if she doesn't get injured again, Ruzic has good chances here.
