This will be the 19th FIFA World Cup,

England not taht good bet at 11/2 considering Portugal are a 28/1 and even Brazil a 5/1 seems better value than England.

I wonder if you were placing the bet in Portugal, would England be such low odds and would Portugal be so high?? I would like to know the answer if someone is over there.
