Worst game?

I see you have favourite games here but we must all have one we really don't like. For me it is definately Bridge. My apologies to anyone who likes the game but I just cannot get into it at all. Just one of those games where I have no intention of trying to learn.

My worst game and it is mentioned a few times on this forum is that new game Sudoku. I just cannot see how it is so addictive to so many people. I agree it takes skill to complete the games but for me I don't find it interesting in any way.

Well I havent ever played Bridge so I can't say that is the worst game I have played. Perhaps for me it is the game called checkers in some places or draughts. Probably because it is close to my favourite game of chess but nowhere near as good.

I don't like Bridge either, never really given it a chance in all honesty but it just doesn't hold the same kind of attraction as my favourite games. It also has the stereotype of being an old mans game played in dark and dingy rooms!

Bridge is a great game to play - once you begin to master it. Unfortunately the younger generation is not playing it too much - and that is sad.
My worst game would be rummy - that I find boring and repetitive !

Sorry Milly hope you haven't taken offence. How long do you think it would take to learn bridge to give the game a chance to grow on me?

Really don't see what is so good about Sudoku? I played it a few times in newspapers when it first started to become popular a few years ago but how on earth it has become so popular I don't know. I think it is just a case of you don't like evrything in life and Sudoku is one thing I just don't enjoy at all.
