I placed a bet the other week on a football match and I ended up winning the bet, but the actual money I got from the bet was different than what the Ladbrokes betting calculator said it would be.
Yes, the difference is not much but the difference still bothers me – is there any way that I did not get the full value of the bet?

Hi guess, If you have any issue with the bets you should bring it up with them. Ladbrokes are slightly slow to respond, but you can be sure that they will give you a definitive answer. There’s nothing worse to have a doubt whether you got the full value of the bet playing on your mind so you are best off speaking to them and resolving it.

More likely you put in the wrong values, easily done to be honest. I have bet at Ladbrokes for many years and I have never noticed that they have cheated me any way. If you use the official betting calculator you should get accurate results. Perhaps you were using the in play betting – the odds can change very fast there it is very common to make mistakes.

Hello marchboy, there are loads of Ladbrokes in Dundee! I don’t know which one would be closest to you. The ones in the town centre are in Union Street, Panmure Street and Murraygate. Union is open 9.30am-10pm Mon-Fri, 9-10 Sat and 10am-8pm Sun. Panmure is 9.30-9.30 Mon-Fri, 9-9.30 Sat and 11-6.30 Sun. And Murraygate is 8.30am-9.30pm Mon-Sat and 10-6.30 Sundays. So if you’re after Sundays, I guess the Union Street one might be best for you as it’s open latest. Hope that helps.

Hi marchboy, mostly they open between 9 and 10am and close at 9.30 or 10pm Monday to Friday. Sometimes they open a little earlier on Saturdays. Sundays most of them open at 10 or 11 and close at 6 or 6.30.

I sent notorized documents(one of them was original-certificate of birth)to Gibraltar I get email from Ladbrokes, that my documents fake,I swear this documents was stamped with real notary and there was no fake. Original(certificate of birth) I ask send back and get it couple weeks ago. I can provide any of this documents by myself on any of Ladbrokes offices . Is here anyone who can help me or give advise how to return my legal winning of 6000 eur ??

Hello idlepick, I think you need google Ladbrokes shop finder Ireland to find a convenient betting shop. If that does not work,try getting a local newspaper to run your story,using the emails to and from Ladbrokes and your documents as evidence.You could even try warning Ladbrokes that you are about to do that,as in 'look,the documents I sent you really are genuine.Please take another look at them,or I'll have to go to the papers with this'.However,that could be regarded as blackmail. You might think that stories in local papers wouldn't worry Ladbrokes,but national papers have a habit of picking up on them.

Hey idlepick, Why don't you have photographic ID? Judging by the amount of deposits, you can certainly afford a passport. Also just to note - a notary won't check the documents for validity, they just sign to say they've seen them and say it's you / belongs to you. So any document they sign could easily be fake.

Hello guess, I think that you are out of luck. Pretty much all of the Ladbrokes promotions are limited to one per household, so even if you signed up under someone else in your address you won’t be able to get it.
