You can find this section by clicking on the "My account" link. Under "My current bonuses", you will see which bonuses you have accepted, which are still active and which ones are new.

Hello fox, et me help you. It is usually quite straight-forward to open an account with bwin, I think you do need to post them some ID (at least I seem to remember having to – a few years ago now). The whole bonus code thing is a common question. I think I am correct in saying you cannot cash out the bonus immediately – I think you must bet with the money at least twice before cashing out.

Hi marchboy, first your action should be to get an explanation from Bwin of why they've done that and if possible rectify whatever the problem is.

i must sadly say that BWIN steal my money after i had one winning bet of 700e, and my whole money on that account was around 1800, so they didnt steal only my winnings, than also my money which i deposit there. I am posting this here because wanna warn all people to avoid this shity bookie because this is really miserably for bookie like BWIN. Disgrace disgrace
