In my opinion, both teams are very aggressive and there should be a decent number of kills. OG has never been a calm team, and even their current lineup is not the most stable, which often results in a good number of kills. LGD also plays similarly, making a decent amount of mistakes, especially at this stage of the tournament. So the handicaps for these teams don't seem very high to me and I think they should pass through.
