If we had to choose a team in Europe that could handle such a difference or be close to equal, many would mention Barcelona. They have a strong offense, which allows them to often come back and win in games, but their defense is often a weak point, which is why they are forced to make comebacks. In December, Barca scored 3 goals against them and won 3-1. Recently, Atletico has not appeared to be reliable in defense. Brugge scored 1 and 3 against them and had many opportunities, Espanyol scored 2, and Vallecano scored 3. It seems that Barcelona may have an advantage here.
