I really hope that the tiebreaker game will bring some changes. Looking at their head-to-head record, unders are much more common between these teams. Now, the game may add some caution for a better group placement, and Paris also has a lot of potential to easily win here. So, I believe this handicap is not small, and there is a good chance it will work out.
