Well, I don't know, OG very often manages to hold on in the first maps, and the Ghana tournament is weak. Pari seemed decent, but I think their form will drop a bit. Also, OG often handles these kind of handicaps, and their game has improved somewhat. So, I think they can handle this handicap.
