The 20-year-old forward and his cuz have been charged with second-degree robbery, fourth-degree criminal mischief and theft of services. Kane was the top overall pick in the 2007 NHL draft.

LOL, are you serious. I will bet you 110% alcohol was involved. Those are serious charges...he wont go through the legal system like a every day citizen. He will get a deal that will give him community service, probation and a fine.

Kane was probably drunk as hell, i dont think he got in any trouble.
