Good luck on finding that guarenteed success. It took me a year and a half and 800 bucks before I turned the corner and began showing a profit at on line poker. Keep a spreadsheet of your buy ins and ROI. Keep a running total of your cash game earnings/losses and don't try to play above your ability. If your on a losing streak stop, step away, and go get your attitude right before returning to the tables.

You need to step back re evaluate your play.
Never let emotions in your Game.
Never play catch up.
When your heads right then and only then come back.
