I would say if they are skilled, then the answer is No.

The on line poker, with multitables, offer some situations like action at 3 or 4 tables at same time.
Sometimes an obvious fold or allin, take sometimes because you're in another table.

Yes it can be slow if members are playing at other tables or poker rooms. And it could be that they are thinking about the hand in play. Or something as a distraction at home like wife, husbands kids pets or phone calls not everyone online is always sitting close by to play. That is why they have audio alerts if you are busy the alert lets you know its your play. Hope this helps to anwser you question. Freerollbird
