AA's VS 6,2 off

I think this was the most disappointing game, i've ever played.
4,8 cash game, had AA's.
I raise, another guy raise me back, who was holding KK's.
so it was cap pre-flop which is $16 to see flop.
flop was 10,6,J. I check, KK's bet, so I raise, and raise, raise...
so another $16 to see turn, still 5 players remain.
turn card was 4. again i check and raise, and raise, raise...
this time $32 to see river, 3 players remain.
river card was 2. this time i bet, and suddenly other guy raise.
just called, he showed 6,2 off.
this was really wow, he called all the way with pair 6, and try to make two plair?
how many odds does he have?

You should have put him on bad odds before the flop, maybe the raise you made was to small.

There's only so much you can raise and so many raises you can make as this looks like this was a limit hold'em game from the action described. So you're options are, well, limited. . .

Regardless. . .here he ran into a complete yutz. . .

WOW.....Not that it will make you feel any better....but I would have done the same thing if I had pockety aces with that draw. You just ran into some yoo-yoo, wh just does not care. That is the problem........You never know. You played it right....I could see him winning wth trips....but anything else just bewilders me.

Yup, preflop, you're never that far behind in poker! You have to remember that's what makes the game so interesting and just move on. If the donks keep playing hands that way, you'll make money over time, and that's all you can ask for in poker. :thumbsup

I know nobody wants to do this with Aces but especially in limit, you should check call until you get an idea of what your opponents are holding before raising yourself outta the game.
