Not only Carbon, merge skins in general take a long time for withdrawals.
I cashout with Ewallets and take 10-14 days, checks probably take more time, but yes they come.
One thing i find helpful is to comment in chat support about your cash out after some time pass, that way they try to speed up things for you, at least for me help from 20 days that take before to 10 days now, when a week is pass i go to chat and 3 days later i got the money (for a total of 10 days), but if you go early always tell you tha need to wait at less 5 bussines days.
For checks usually read that take 3 weeks or more.

I've also cashed out here. It took a month. But I got it and cashed it , no problem.

They can be very slow but you should always get them eventually.

I don't know. Carbon likes to jip their players. Full tilt and pokerstars have a $0 prosessing fee and withdrawls are by far easiest on pokerstars

I cashed out for $1500 and after waiting 16 days, the check bounced. Something about the processor being shut down. I finally got a second check 3 weeks later that cleared. All in all about 6 weeks to get a cashout. Was not very pleased and would not recommend.
