Hello. I tried to register an account. I was refused. I remember I registered account on partypoker before with an old email and never played real money there. I don't remember that email and probably will never remember password from it. I want to register new account with rakeback. I contacted support but they just sad that they were not able to retrieve any account with my NEW email, but nothing about situation.

How they know that I registered account on partypoker? By checking IP address?

Hello try to open a new email address. Contact the support again. party poker support are just lazy ask them again and again. (I had the same problem many years ago)

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand your answer. They check any account contacts with partypoker by email I gave them the statement, right? If they don't have this email in database they can't help(because i gave them that email to basically recieve answer)? So, I don't have my OLD email, but partypoker system all the same denies NEW account registration with different email. By the way, I remembered that I have changed Internet provider so IP adress is new. So how they know that I already have an account?
