Hi pillpop, all withdrawals are first approved by internal review team, which takes approximately up to three business days. Once neteller have processed your withdrawal, it will take 24 hours for the funds to appear in your bank account.

First you need to go in neteller and check online transictions history, If a problem exists, please keep in mind that your account may have pending authorizations that should be complete as soon as the merchant settles the transaction. If problem still exist contact neteller support.

No you can't if you use proxy you probably will be banned. Every time you sign in to your account neteller automatically verify your location, to make sure that your account is not being accessed in areas where internet security is typically very poor. When you use an IP Proxy or anonymizer neteller are unable to verify your location.

Good day pillpop, with the Net+ Prepaid Card, there is no credit limit and no credit check. Instead, the Card's spending limit is determined by the amount of money you load onto the Card up to the maximum balance.
