Not very good eperiences with 10bet, they blocked my account after my win about$8000. I got call the next day from 10bet with the request to send my documentsfor verification of identity. I sent all documents immediately and since thenthere is no reaction from 10bet. I tried to chat but they ignore me on chat orthey say that my account is in the stage of verification. I also tried to writee-mail but without any response. The last time I tried to call customer servicebut without success. They only said that accout is in the stage ofverification. I read the article on SBR a there was written that 10bet is opento debate in case of problems. For that reason I write to you for help withsolve of this problem, because it take two years and it is frustrating. What I should do?

Hfor all, I'm having a dispute with 10bet at the moment and looking for any advice or comments. I made a €30 deposit on 1st March with a bonus code that then gave you €30 bonus added to your balance. I made a bet with my original deposit which won around €150. The €0 was then added to the balance the next day, not placed in a bonus Balance as I experience when I receive a bonus from say skybet. At the end of March I had a balance of €230 which 10bet simply forfeited. All of it. They've then contradicted themselves by saying you bet with your money first then the bonus. At no point during March did I have a zero balance or balance less than 30 (as they would argue I am now betting with the bonus if that was the case) To not forfeit the bonus and winnings made with the bonus you have to rollover the bonus 8 times on accumulators with minimum three selections of odds 1.6 or more. But surely since I won money with my money and not the bonus I shouldve been able to keep my winnings. Email dispute is currently ongoing.

Pinnacle is better with for high odd bet bet365 has almost all event even those you cant find in Pinnacle and if yo are a new the 100% bonus is very good to profit it
