Watford have signed England stiker Danny Welbeck on a free transfer from fellow London side Arsenal, according to reports on the club's website.
Welbeck, 28, spent 5 years at Arsenal however played barely 14 games in all competitions in his final season with the London club.
He represented his nation England at Euro 2012 and World Cup 2014, and was equally a part of Gareth Southgate’s England squad that reached the semi-finals at the last World Cup in Russia.

Having moved to Arsenal for a reported £16m in 2014, Welbeck made a total of 88 league appearances for Arsenal, including starting the 2017 FA Cup final win over Chelsea, before leaving the Emirates Stadium on the end of last season as a free agent.
He is now Watford’s second signing following centre-back Craig Dawson, who signed from West Bromwich Albion last month.
