We are one step away from finals, and these finals can became a history doesnt matter how they will go, because both matches today will be extremly interesting. Sisters Williams can repeat 2008,2009 Final in Wimbledon, and if Kerber wins it can be this year Australian open final(of course Serena must win to, to make it happen) Semifinal between Venus and Angelique will be very interesting, the polish-german girl want to prove that she can win another grand slam, and AO wasn’t mistake. Venus also want to prove she still can win it,doesn’t matter how old she is and how she played this year. Both players have good reasons to win today, Kerber only started her best grass court career she will have plenty of years to play again after this match, but she still showing best performance in this three years in a row, but Venus Williams we can say will not have (MAYBE) another chance to prove that she can win it again, she is getting older , every year its harder for her to make it happen, but it’s a good thing for today she will give 101% of her power to win it, because its last can be last time. 

Road to Semifinal – Both players had a different way here, we can say Angelique came here on high horse, she defeated all girls 2-0 in sets, and only Simona Halep made Kerber sweat and fight till the end,to prove she will be here today. That match showed us one thing Kerber is not so good as she looks, one better opponent and she have a little problems. On the other side Venus had a very hard way to get here, we saw her fighting three seters, a lot of matches had a lot of games,tie-breaks even,but she still managed to get here. One thing we know, Venus often doesn‘t play good versus low rated ranking opponents or new young players,but this time she will play best tennis. 

Lets compare statistics in this championship – First matches wasn‘t good for Venus, a lot of struggling, bad decisions and bad moves, but still she improved her game to A in the last matches. She had problems with first serve in and first serve points winning, also she made a lot of DF, but in the end she made everything good, return percent is very good, she wins a lot of points on opponent serve. Now first serve in is over 70% and she wins more than 70% on first serve, also her second serve is big weapon today is strong like first one. First serve speed average is 100MPH second about 90MPH. 

Kerber – Of course have good percent on first serve in, because of her serving style and speed, first serve in is about 70%, but it’s because of weaker serve and style of it so, second serve is much weaker too, and it’s a bad thing if she serves in, but to weak she can’t win points and statistics shows it to us her winning percent on second serve is very low 50-55%. Kerber serve speed First – 90MPH Second – 78MPH. Still she play‘s good on points, so she manages to compensate lost points on serve. 

Winners and unforced errors – Very interesting situation, Venus is very agressive players so often she make‘s a lot of winners and unforced because of her style of playing. But tournaments statistics shows us she getting better, she is making more winners and less unforced errors, and today she have very good opponent to make a lot of winners and less errors,because Kerber is softer player,not so strong or hard in play,so Venus can use it and make winners. Kerber has a very waving statistic, sometimes she play‘s very good and can make 15-20 winners with 10 errors, but in some matches winners and errors goes up to 20=20. All Kerber statistic is good, but she had a weaker opponents, so its kind a lie, only statistic versus Halep is more true to us. But in the end statistic have a lot of similarities. 

Things that can decide a winner today – Important thing is Kerber weak second service and very good aggressive Venus return. If Venus will play aggressive on return Kerber wont be able to play her second serve weak, she must serve strong and fast on second serve, and it will cause a lot of Double faults. 

Second thing – Is age of both players and fitness level, Venus is older, she doesn’t move like young girl anymore, so its very good thing for Kerber, she can play long rallies, try hitting corners, make Venus move, it will help Kerber. 

Third thing – Both players are different, and have different style of playing , Venus have a lot of experience, experience in grand slams, grass and other things, she was a champion here a lot of times, she knows what to do. Kerber want to prove she can win another one grand slam and prove AO wasn’t a mistake this year, she will is able to win it. 

Last very important thing is Kerber mind game’s she weak on emotions, yesterday we saw she didn’t serve two time to win match, she could end it ,but she didn’t. So if game goes wrong on Venus side, it doesn’t mean she lost it, Kerber can make mistakes ant let Venus comeback.
