I believe Baez, who is performing very well this season, is the clear favorite for the tournament. Even though he is only ranked 5th and has the second lowest odds in the Peru tournament, all other players seem like shadows in comparison. After easily defeating our player, Gauba, he now faces a fairly easy French player, in which match Baez is considered a clear favorite. He will then face either Mannarino or Merida, who will also most likely be easy opponents. I don't see any other players who could be a problem for Baez. He is an excellent clay expert and when facing weaker opponents, I don't think there will be anyone to match him.
