Brazil has a strong offense, but is very unreliable when it comes to defensive tasks. They make a lot of mistakes and often return slowly to defense. After France's unexpected defeat to Peru and Ghana, they will have a lot of motivation to redeem themselves in the Olympic semifinals against Brazil and perhaps even win the gold. The hosts have a very solid offense and allow for a strong start, so the Brazilians will have their hands full. However, France themselves are not perfect when it comes to defense. While their recent performance in defense may seem impressive, it wasn't convincing and they tend to crumble when playing against high-caliber opponents. A friendly match with 3 goals seems like an appealing total.
