Perhaps not the best hard court tennis player, Ruud meets with a very weak and beatable Bu. Norway clearly played in the US Open final in 2022, but dropped in the second round last year. Ruud is not consistent but is good and even when given such odds for such favorable options, there aren't many different thoughts. Even though his performances and form in Challenger tournaments seem impressive, he is still a Challenger level player and I don't see much chance for him against Ruud.
I think it's still worth trying with Cazaux due to Carreno Busta's unfinished match, but this event looks significantly better.
