It's safe to say that Thiem recovered, Thiem is starting to play tennis and he defeated Ruusuvuori and Bautista in the last tournament in Sweden, so Gaston is definitely not as serious an opponent as Thiem recently defeated. I prefer Thiem's minus here, because here I think the Austrian will continue to show a high level and win against Gaston. Gaston won against Basilashvili in the same tournament, but he was injured and had no chance against a healthy Karatsev, who is far from Thiem's level.
