Limoges - Partizan

Big underration of Partizan here. They are in raise of form, they have beaten Bilbao away in EC, beaten Cibona by 20 in ABA away. They will be without Velickovic and Samuels, but Samuels played just one match so far for Partizan (last one against Cibona) while Velickovic played 5-10 mins so far. Miller didnt play against Cibona and he is back for today. Partizan is looking much better now compared to 2 weeks ago and this favorising of avarage France team is out of mind for me. For me this is 50-50 match.
