I have to take Uzbek teams. In our league, we are leading and fighting against Pahtakor for the title. Our form has declined in the past years, but from what I've read in interviews, it is linked to injuries of our leaders. Because of this, and in order to have a better performance in the CL team, we have recruited 5 foreign players just for the CL, as they will not be able to play in our local league. Our next 2 matches will be against Al Nassr and Al Ettihad, and collecting points will be difficult, so a win at home is necessary, especially since Uzbek teams are often strong in the CL. The opponents have recently won the Asian tournament, but have started the season poorly in their own league, conceding at least one goal in every game. Again, the coach attributes this to injuries of their leaders, who will not be playing in these matches. Iraqi teams are usually strong at home, as shown by Zawraa, but they struggle when playing away due to injuries of their leaders, a weak defense, and I am counting on our home advantage.
