AZ enters the season in very good form, especially in the attack, with 4 goals against Genk, 3 against Olympiakos, and a 4-0 win against PSV for the Super Cup. Even though PSV played with 10 players for a long time, the amount of goals scored against the champions should give the team a positive outlook. At home, AZ is usually a dominant team and they will face a league newcomer, ADO, who will have something to prove. ADO had a very successful season in the second division and I believe they will offer a good challenge in the Eredivisie, especially with AZ having a strong defense. I expect a high-scoring game and I believe AZ will score at least 3 goals, but ADO could also make it interesting.
