The New Zealand team managed to score points in this group, but they face a much tougher challenge against Egypt after an easy game against a weak Iranian team. To put it mildly, I don't believe New Zealand will be able to handle this challenge. Egypt had a very good game against Belgium, against whom they played as equals, so they should only expect Peru to present a challenge. New Zealand looked very poor leading up to the game against Iran and their team lacks stability, so Egypt should take advantage of this, especially in the fight for 1st place in the group.
