I am sure that Mensikas will give Zverev a hard time, but I wouldn't dare to take a plus-forum or set advantage. In my opinion, a much higher coefficient is offered for the set over, which is very realistic. Zverev has not yet reached his top level and is not demonstrating a high level of tennis, so the Czech should take the set.
