The Spurs are a cosmic team, incredibly effective at defending, but I believe the Bulls are equally effective, despite being limited in their defense, and it is worth taking a risk for period reasons. The Spurs still have a chance to rise to the first place, considering they have an easier period than OKC until the end of the season. The Bulls, as mentioned before, have nothing to fight for, zero pressure, and can play relaxed, run and shoot in defense, so the Spurs may also be relaxed and underestimate their opponent, because they have plenty of offensive options. Therefore, in my opinion, these will be completely high-scoring matches.
