28-year-old Belgian Minnen Greetje is a completely different level player, she has been participating in the biggest tournaments for a long time, including GrandSlams. As for 25-year-old Portuguese Jorge Francisca - she is a pure ITF level player, and spends most of her time playing in ITF tournaments in Portugal. I think Minnen is more physical, has better strokes, and is more focused, as Jorge's serve is not exceptional.
