The grass season for T.Maria has ended, miracles are not shown, there's nothing to do, she's already a veteran at 38 years old, but judging from the results on hard court, she can still manage to pull off some similar opponents for tomorrow. Recently, R.Marino, Sonmez, S.Zheng, L.Jeanjean, Putintseva have been struggling. In fact, all of them are somewhat better than Erjavec on hard court.
Erjavec also ended her season on clay and is trying to play on hard court, although in the past year she has only played 27 matches on hard court and has a balanced record of losses and wins. She simply doesn't feel comfortable on that surface. This season, she has a 6/5 record. Not bad, considering her performances at Grand Slam tournaments this year, but recently she has not shone, losing to English and even Rodionovas. In reality, she doesn't have a strong strategy on hard court, trying to play like she's on clay 😁 .
