Unfortunately, Neptunas is not a strong eurocup level team, their lineup is questionable and put together just for this season, and they also lack experience compared to other European basketball players. Cluj is a serious Romanian club led by Americans and known for their productive basketball. Their offensive talents are much stronger and overall, Neptunas is not doing well in terms of offense, as shown by their loss to Poland in the first round. They should perform better in their home game, but I predict that Romania will come out on top.
