Although it is always difficult to play against Spain, Villarreal does not seem to be as strong as Juventus. This season, the old lady is shining bright and has not yet lost a game, including friendly matches. Goals are being scored and their form is quite good, although their last 2 matches in Italy were not wins. Villarreal does not seem to be doing very well in the Champions League, and in their first match against Tottenham, they looked quite sluggish. Juventus is a better team and knowing their defensive abilities and solid performance this season, I don't think they should lose to Villarreal.
