Rinderknech is the favorite here and not without reason. His first match was played incredibly against the young talent Basavareddi. The conditions here suit him with a medium fast court, but I don't believe he will maintain the same form today. Goffin has had a very tough year with only 9 wins and 18 losses, but today I would say he has a favorable opponent to at least win a set. Their head-to-head also works in Goffin's advantage (63 63 and 64 64 losses). I just don't believe that the Frenchman will maintain a 97% first serve points won percentage today. Goffin is also a much better returner than Basavareddi. I believe Goffin should take a set here.
