Hello.
Eurobasket quarterfinals. Poles against Bosnians. We are playing in Bosnia.
Poles started strong in the championship, but then went on a downward spiral. They won against Slovenia in the opening match, but then lost to France and Belgium in the last match. They didn't seem very solid in the second half of the group stage. The home factor definitely helped them in all the matches, with some controversial calls made by the referees. Now in Riga, they won't have that advantage. Loyd started the championship off well, but then seemed to struggle and without him, the Poles aren't very impressive.
Bosnia also didn't seem very strong after losing to Spain and Italy, but then they stepped up their game. Despite being without Garzo and Muso, they managed to advance to the difficult group stage by defeating Greece (without the Greek Freak) and Georgia in the last match. That last match really convinced me of their character and determination. Nurkic is still a solid player on offense and the players surrounding him contribute as well.
The game is more of a 50/50 for me and with the odds being what they are, I see a lot of value. Good luck.
