Both Poland and Bosnia played, not Latvia, so it's a new location and we need to get used to the arena and the rim. The knock-out games are in the first stages, so there must be some stress, because even though Poland are favorites based on the coefficients and we know that anything can happen. Both teams like longer attacks and they don't play very efficiently in this tournament, so when two teams of this style meet, we shouldn't expect a lot of points. Both teams can struggle, especially Poland, who only scored a few points against Slovenia. The game is at 12 o'clock, which is a difficult time for basketball, as Atamanas said, so I don't expect a lot of points here.
