Kostovic, an 18-year-old Serbian, has been climbing the ranks since last year and has participated in many ITF level clay tournaments. This year, she won one ITF tournament on clay in Serbia, which is one of her biggest achievements in her home country.
Oliynykova, a 24-year-old from Ukraine, also plays on clay courts but has already participated in Grand Slam qualifying rounds. This year, she has won four ITF tournaments on clay and a total of 10 throughout her career. In the first round, she defeated the high-level tennis player Sherif.
