Eurobasket. Belgium against Israel. Let's go with the Belgian team.
Belgium is definitely a weak team this year. They don't have much to offer their opponents besides physical combat, which is what they try to do. As a result, their scoring rate is very low. Only Iceland managed to score 71 points and most of that was in the fourth quarter (25 pts). The weak defense of the Slovenians prevented the Belgians from reaching such a high total (69 points), and against the French they only scored a total of 64 points.
Israel is a solid team not only in offense but also in defense. They allowed Iceland to score 71 points, but no one else has been able to score such a high amount in the tournament (Poland scored 66 points in a loss, and France scored 69 points in a win). They also have strong bodies and physicality. Now, after facing Peru and before playing against France, I believe the players themselves will be in a better condition, which could lead to a complete defeat for the Belgians. Scoring 70 points seems like a difficult task for the Belgians today, but we'll give it a try. Good luck.
