I believe that Germany will rotate their players and give others a chance to prove themselves, and if not, I think it's worth going with Maodo Lo since he can drive as well as shoot decently from outside. The England team theoretically has no chance of competing in this group with anyone, so the only motivation for them to take at least one from Peru, who have a lot of defensive holes, especially in the backline. I think this is the perfect player to take advantage of, rather than just relying on the average.
