Lithuania looks great and has not suffered any losses in the preparation stage. The team has been put together as well as possible, playing amazingly against Greece and scoring 92 points. Now they are facing Belgium, whose performances have been a bit disappointing, with weak defense and allowing 105 and 95 points against Finland. Plus, Belgium is saving their strength for Iceland and Poland. I believe France will easily surpass +90 and win by more than 15 points, but the over seems a bit safer than a negative handicap.
