I don't know, even though Mainz is not a bad team, they sold one of their key leaders Burkardt, who was their top scorer. They didn't make any significant transfers, so it's hard to predict how they will perform now. Cologne, on the other hand, is known to come from a lower league, but there was always a tense competition between them. I think it's worth taking a risk and going for a draw no bet option for Cologne, as they have strengthened well during the off-season. They did lose important players, but they also brought in some good ones, and they looked pretty good during the friendly matches.
