The Serbian national team playing at home knows how to defend very well and even Lithuania had trouble playing against them, while the Belgians, who only played well on offense against a similarly strong Latvian team, should struggle significantly. In order for Peru to have a chance, both teams will need to perform well, but it's hard to expect that from the Belgians, especially when the Serbians themselves aren't scoring over 100 points. I don't expect there to be many points in this knockout game.
