Both players look great in Washington, with Shelton being the obvious favorite, but I don't think it will be easy with Fokina. Fokina himself eliminated the talented 19-year-old Tiafoe and then beat Fritz, who is currently ranked 1 in the tournament, so it's likely that he will also put pressure on Shelton and that we will see plenty of games Over. With Shelton, there is always the potential for tiebreaks, so we may not need 3 sets. The head-to-head between these two players is 1-1 and in both matches there were indeed 3 sets played.
